gtda.utils: Validation

The module gtda.utils implements hyperparameter and input validation functions.

utils.check_diagrams(X[, copy])	Input validation for collections of persistence diagrams.
utils.check_point_clouds(X[, distance_matrix])	Input validation on an array or list representing a collection of point clouds or distance matrices.
utils.validate_params(parameters, references)	Function to automate the validation of (hyper)parameters.
